The LT & LM Flatbed trailer range is built with a galvanized steel chassis, providing unbeatable corrosion protection and ensuring a long, trouble-free life. The Flatbed trailer range is typically supplied with twin axles, with tri-axle options available on the LM6 series models for lengths over 12 feet. The addition of a winch, rear prop stands, and either loading skids or a full-width ramp makes these trailers incredibly versatile. They can carry loads such as small plant, ride-on mowers, mixers, shredders, rollers, and various mobile plant equipment. Various load restraint options are available to ensure secure transportation. Users can customize their LT & LM trailers with a variety of accessories, including dropsides, mesh sides, treadplate floors, aluminium and steel loading skids, recessed lashing rings, ladder racks and branded mudflaps. These options allow for tailored solutions, making the LT & LM trailers a versatile choice for any user.

The LT & LM range includes models with width options ranging from 1.52m to 2.5m and length options from 2.44m to 6.1m, with a gross weight capacity of up to 2000kg for LT models and 2700kg to 3500kg for LM models.

Key Features

Tough, adaptable and easy to maintain, all models are fitted with a tough resin-coated plywood platform, spare wheel and jockey wheel as standard. An option of aluminium treadplate covering is available, along with recessed lashing rings. Trailers can be further enhanced with accessories such as a headboard, ladder rack, dropsides or meshside extensions. Click on the Accessories tab for further details of available accessories.

Resin Coated Plywood Platform

Our Flatbed Trailers come fitted with a Heavy Duty, Resin Coated Plywood Floor. This offers excellent resistance to damage, whilst offering a non-slip surface for added protection. the edges of the Floor Panels are also treated to reduce the ingress of water, offering a long lasting solution.

Lockable Coupling Head

The Coupling Head can be locked using the High-Security Lock Barrel.

Spare Wheel & Carrier

If you want extra peace of mind with your trailer or you regularly travel long distances with your Flatbed Trailer, then why not have the addition of a Spare Wheel Carrier and Spare Wheel to get yourself back on the road quickly.

Heavy Duty Jockey Wheel

Our Heavy-Duty Jockey Wheel is manufactured from larger diameter steel and includes the addition of “Grip Rings” around the Outer Tube that locate into the Locking Arm on the Trailer Hitch that allows greater weight without the risk of the smooth tube sliding

Accessories

Various options and accessories are available for your trailer. Some may need to be ordered with your trailer as a factory fit item, while others can be purchased at a later date. Please check with your distributor before ordering.

DROPSIDES

All our Dropsides are manufactured from High-Strength Galvanised Steel Sheet. The Dropsides offer the flexibility of being able to remove them for over-sized loads. The Dropsides are held closed using an Anti-Luce fitting.

LADDER RACK

Why not enhance your LT/LM with the addition of a Ladder Rack Kit. These Ladder Racks allow for the transport of materials that are longer than your trailer, making our LT & LM Trailers even more versatile.

MESH SIDES KIT

All of our LT & LM Trailers have the option of a Mesh Extension Kit that is easily fastened to the Trailer. These Mesh Side Kits offer an increased height of the Sides and Front Panel allowing for higher loads of loose materials. Some of these Mesh Kits can be purchased for fitting yourself, whilst others require fitting at the factory, so please speak with your local Distributor prior to ordering.

ALUMINIUM TREADPLATE FLOOR

Your floor can be upgraded to an Aluminium Treadplate covering to add additional Grip in Wet Conditions that complements the Galvanised Finish along with additional durability for every day tasks.

LASHING RING RECESSED 500Kg

Need more Lashing Points? We can offer our Recessed Lashing Points that are fitted into the Floor at the point of manufacture offering further internal lashing points that are rated at 500Kg each.

6' ALUMINIUM LOADING SKIDS

6’ long aluminium loading ramps. A pair of prop stands are included to support the rear of the trailer when loading.

6' STEEL LOADING SKIDS

6’ long steel loading ramps with perforated holes for extra grip. A pair of prop stands are included to support the rear of the trailer when loading.

BRANDED MUDFLAPS

Instead of fitting plain Mudflaps, why not fit the Ifor Williams Branded Mudflaps to your trailer, offering both functionality and looks?

TRAILER AID

Trailer Aid is a “Must Have” to make the changing of a wheel much easier, without the requirement of a heavy jack. Simply pull the good wheel onto the Trailer Aid and this will raise the other damaged wheel off the ground. When you have finished changing the wheel, simply reverse the trailer back down the Trailer Aid Ramp. Please note that this is only suitable for the Twin Axle Variants of the LT & LM Trailer.

COUPLING LOCK

Our Ifor Williams Coupling Lock fits neatly around the Coupling Head to make the theft of your trailer much more difficult. Manufactured from High-Grade Steels and a durable Powder Coated Finish. The Lock is a High Security Lock which features an Anti-Drilling Barrel. For extra piece of mind we also supply an additional High Security Barrel which will fit into a Lockable Coupling Head so that one key will open both the Coupling Lock and the Coupling Head Barrel.
