Narrower than the TA510, the TA5 is the optimal livestock trailer for many farmers, and comes in a range of lengths and heights to ensure it fits the job at hand.
From 8 foot up to 14 foot, the you can refine your TA5 livestock trailer exactly how you wish. Much like the TA510, the TA5 can come with 4' headroom (ideal for sheep), 6' headroom or 7' headroom. The taller models can be fitted with folding decks, to allow two levels of smaller livestock, or are suitable for cattle when left at their full height. The 7 foot headroom model can also be fitted with a central partition for transporting two horses, facing forwards.
The TA5 4’ headroom models are slightly wider than the P6 and P8 at 5’, and feature wider side vents with flaps giving increased ventilation. With the low headroom and increased floor area, the wind resistance is minimised when towing, a bonus when travelling long distances. The twin axles provide a maximum gross weight of 2700kg.
The galvanized steel chassis and drawbar offer unbeatable corrosion protection. Couple this with the high strength, impact-resistant aluminium side panels, these trailers will often outlast the vehicles that tow them. The distinctive steel roof channels on braked models give a strong and rigid frame. The flooring on these trailers comprises of thick pressure treated timber planking protected by 2mm thick slip resistant aluminium treadplate.

Fitted with our Standard Loading Ramp System and Livestock Gates.
Security Marking
The Serial Number is either cut into the Drawbar or engraved onto the Chassis of the trailer.

TA5 HORSE PARTITION KIT
With the inclusion of our Centre Partition Kit, your Livestock TA5 can also be used to transport horses. (Only available with 7 foot headroom)
LARGE CROSS DIVISION
The Large Cross Division is used to split the length of the trailer in half by simply locking in place across the width of the trailer. Useful when different loads require transport i.e. sheep and goats, rams and ewes etc.
SUMP TANK KIT TA5
This option is designed to collect all of the waste that is produced by your livestock whilst they are being transported inside the trailer. It is manufactured from durable plastic that does not corrode due to the acidic nature of the animal waste.
LOWER CROSS DIVISION
Our Upper and Lower Cross Divisions work the same as our Large Cross Divisions but are utilised when there is Decks fitted to the Livestock trailer. These allow both the upper section and lower section to be divided in half.

Fold-down Front Flap
To help keep your livestock cool in the summer months, you have the option of adding an Opening Front Flap that allows cooling air to pass through the trailer, keeping your livestock cool and healthy.
Hinged Wind Deflector
New for 2024 is our updated Wind Deflector which offer better aerodynamic performance to your TA with a noticeable saving in fuel costs.
Coupling Lock
Our Ifor Williams Coupling Lock fits neatly around the Coupling Head to make the theft of your trailer much more difficult. Manufactured from High-Grade Steels and a durable Powder Coated Finish. The Lock is a High Security Lock which features an Anti-Drilling Barrel. For extra piece of mind we also supply an additional High Security Barrel which will fit into a Lockable Coupling Head so that one key will open both the Coupling Lock and the Coupling Head Barrel.
